Neapolitan pizza in Canford Cliffs, Poole

Our pizzaioli are originally from Naples, and they handmake and knead every base themselves. The result is our iconic Neapolitan thin base with a fluffy crust. We use stoneground Antico Molino Caputo 00 flour, from a family company with more than 89 years’ experience, and toppings kept simple and fresh: fior di latte, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil and organic olive oil.

Pizza, pasta and small plates

Our menu has 23 numbered pizzas across meat, fish and vegetable, plus guest pizzas such as the meat feast, spicy chorizo, smokey pancetta and vegetable feast. Two calzone (folded pizzas) are on the menu too, and any pizza is available with a bianca base.

Not in the mood for pizza? Try a wood oven baked rigatoni, from the king prawn rigatoni to the creamy mushroom and truffle, or something from the wood oven like the aubergine parmigiana or wood-fired meatballs. Vegan and gluten-free

We’ll swap the cheese on any pizza for vegan cheese, free of charge. Our homemade Caputo gluten-free dough is available for a small supplement. Please be aware there is flour in our open kitchen, where the gluten-free base is prepared and cooked.
